Residentials

Residentials are held on a regular basis together with the North Devon Music Centre, usually in North Devon. Accommodation and meals are provided for the students for a few days so they can spend their time working in detail on one or more pieces of music. Course tutors lead the tuition and rehearsals and there is a social staff to look after the students when they are not making music. They benefit greatly from the intensive tuition and their playing often improves substantially. Their is also an active social life and students find these courses very enjoyable. There is usually a concert for parents and friends at the end of each residential.

Forthcoming residentials are as follows:

3rd to 6th October 2008Rehearsal weekend for clarinets
9th to 10th May 2009Rehearsal weekend for strings
17th to 19th July 2009Rehearsal weekend for orchestra
